Replacement service for peace of mind
If an accident occurs, you can have your product replaced for a small fee. The replacement devices are brand new products or equivalent to brand new products in terms of performance and reliability.
- Exchange fee: 99 euros
- Flyaway protection: 429 euros
DJI Care Refresh can now be extended
DJI Care Refresh can be extended to a maximum total term of 3 years no later than 15 days after the end of the current contract term.
DJI Care Refresh 1 year: Can be extended twice for 1 year each (at the latest within 15 days after the current Care protection expires)
Attention: DJI Care Refresh 1 year cannot be extended with DJI Care Refresh 2 years.

The new Express option gives you the opportunity to skip the damage assessment process completely. A DJI service center will send you a replacement device immediately after receiving the damaged drone.
Free Shipping
DJI will cover the shipping costs if the product is sent in for exchange for a replacement unit.

DJI Care can only be added and registered for new purchases or within 48 hours of the first activation at the latest. Please note this. You are only purchasing the activation code for registration with DJI. Any service claims or services must be processed directly with DJI. Once the code has been activated, the Care cannot be revoked!
